Angela Bendeck, Singer Songwriter & Athlete. In the midst of her fitness journey, Angela realises the impact of her influence on others, and discovers her true purpose as a singer songwriter, re-emerging as a Pop/Dance Artist seeking to help people find their WHY, and make it the driving point to achieve whatever they pursue in life, through self love, self accountability, commitment to oneself, and great enthusiasm.

Angela Bendeck performed at the theater of her dreams Quinta Vergara, in Chile, where the Festival Viña del Mar has taken place for many years since she was a kid.
Viña del Mar Singing Festival in Chile has been the biggest and most important venue where she has performed and participated in the contest for Folk Songs Category with “Mi Felicidad” written and composed by her.
Her song “Platónico” won 3rd Place in 100% Music Songwriting Contest under the Latin Pop Songs category, based in France in 2008.
Her song “Tecnología” won 1st Place at the María Pinto Festival based in Chile in 2011.
Besides performing in Honduras where she lives, Angela has performed in these other countries:
TAIWAN - 2004: Angela Bendeck & Esencia travelled to Taiwan on a musical tour in three of the country's most important cities: Taipei, Tainan, and Taichung, where the language that connected the public with the band was the language of music. This tour was organised by the Honduran Embassy in Taiwan in November 2004.
CHILE - 2005 & 2013: She was part of a reality show named Rojo Internacional (2005-2006). Performed at Viña del Mar International Song Festival (2013).
PANAMA - 2008: On tour in several venues and radio stations. Angela Bendeck & Esencia travelled to Panama City to present their first album where they were received with all the honours, and invited to sign on the wall of celebrities at Hard Rock Café Panama.
NICARAGUA - 2009, 2011 & 2018: On tour in several venues and radio stations. Performed at the theater Teatro Nacional Rubén Darío.
El SALVADOR - 2023: Jury of the Festival International de la Canción Capítulo El Salvador, and performed as a special guest.

She was invited to participate in the recording productions of POLACHE in a duet with a song that resembles pure and innocent love between two persons.
Angela has always been a very versatile performer, capable of singing various musical genres such as Pop, Rock, Ballad, Blues, Standard Jazz, Gypsy Jazz, Latin Jazz, Latin Music specifically Salsa and Merengue styles, as well as Bolero, Traditional Mariachi from Mexico, and also Bel Canto from Operas.
Polyphonic Choirs: Angela was an active singer at El Buen Pastor Choir in 1997; Choir of the University of San Pedro Sula in 1998; Orfeón Sampedrano Choir in 1999. In the different choral groups she was placed in the “Sopranos” division, performing Bach's Famous Chorales, a cappella arrangements by Palestrina.
Opera: In 1999 she performed the Soprano Solo of Schubert's Mass in G major, and Mozart's Requiem, among many other classics of Bel Canto and baroque music. “Del Barroco al Jazz” I, II, III, y V EDITION Concerto. Angela was one of the pioneers in the annual concerts performed by the renowned pianist Sergio Suazo. 2002, 2003, 2004, 2006, where she performed renowned Italian Arias such as “Carmen” by Bizet, interpreting “La Habanera”.
Cover band lead singer: From the years 2000 through 2008, Angela founded a band named “Esencia” which started as a cover band where they’d play the greatest hits of the 70’s 80’s and 90’s from rock, pop, latin rock and other genres in English and Spanish. “I will Survive” from Gloria Gaynor was the most popular request Angela performed with this band.
Jazz Standards: “CLÁSICOS DEL JAZZ” Concert - 2009, where Angela performs with all the power and warmth of her voice, the most recognized Jazz classic standards. Together with the guest artists, Guayo Cedeño, Oscar Rossignoli, Melvin Maldonado, and Nelson Molina, they drew applause from the audience throughout the entire repertoire. It was performed at the Manuel Bonilla National Theater, April 18, 2009.
Gypsy Jazz: In 2016 Angela was part of a small band named French Quartet, and her music partners were professional musicians and friends of hers that wanted to try out some gypsy jazz covers for fun and entertainment. Angela Bendeck & the French Quartet: It's Alright with me - Live
Voice Sextet: During the years 2000 and 2001 Angela was part of this Voice Sextet named “Classic”, with the renowned violinist Héctor David Aguilar, and her singing coach Oscar Rodríguez, along with three other professional singers. They performed mostly Christmas songs, and also classic ballads of all times.
